The Free Audit
The first step in our process is the free audit. This is a 30-45 minute call where we’ll discuss your running goals and what’s been holding you back from reaching them.
Step 2
The Customized Plan
After the audit, we’ll put together a customized plan that’s tailored specifically to help you reach your goals. This plan will include a mix of strength training, form training, programming, and mindset training.
Step 3
The Accountability & Support
The final step in our process is accountability and support. We’ll be there with you every step of the way to make sure you’re staying on track and seeing results.
