Step 1
The Free Audit
The first step in our process is the free audit. This is a 30-45 minute call where we’ll discuss your running goals and what’s been holding you back from reaching them.
Step 2
The Customized Plan
After the audit, we’ll put together a customized plan that’s tailored specifically to help you reach your goals. This plan will include a mix of strength training, form training, programming, and mindset training.
Step 3
The Accountability & Support
